Robert has over 23 years of experience in business development Services. (BDS) He has been involved in the design and formulation of ground breaking BDS programme in the country since 1999. He has in the past worked and designed programme for ILO, DFID and Cordaid, UN Joint Programme on value chains for Maize and Simsim.  He has undertaken over 67 value chain studies, a total of 12 Process feasibility studies for 9 business entries, worked with 4 prominent families in succession planning and business programming for growth and continuity and mentored and coached 71 individuals.

He is a seasoned Project Manager, Business Trainer, ICT System Framework designer, a Strategist, Process consultant, Conceptual Developer normally referenced to as Idea Motivator. He as remarkable value in systemic thinking, he is a speaker by choice and dreamer by design.  

Despite is background education in finance & marketing, he has ventured into self-learning in areas of Information technology, Community financial literacy, Data science, Succession planning and more recently commercial business negotiations and artbrations .).
